The service
FluXence: EU Warranty & GARAN is a Shopify app published by PREDIWORKS. It helps merchants display the EU legal guarantee notice and the GARAN label and review environmental claims in their store content.
Not legal advice
The app is a compliance aid. It does not replace legal advice, and the merchant remains responsible for the content of their store and for the accuracy of the guarantee details they enter.
Plans and billing
The plans, their prices and their limits are shown on the plan page in Shopify. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify, on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; uninstalling the app ends the subscription.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service over the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
