Who we are

FluXence: EU Warranty & GARAN is a Shopify app published by PREDIWORKS, 17 Rue Coysevox, 75018 Paris. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].

Data about merchants

When a store installs the app, we receive from Shopify and store: the store's domain and name, its contact email address, language, time zone and currency, its active pricing plan, and an access token that lets the app read the data listed below. We also store the settings the merchant chooses in the app.

Data about the store's content

To display the notice and the GARAN label and to scan claims, we read from Shopify and store: product titles, descriptions, tags and the guarantee details the merchant enters; collections, pages, blog articles and store policies text; the findings of each scan and the corrections applied, with their previous values so that they can be undone.

We do not collect any personal data about the store's customers: no name, email address, order or address.

How the data is used

The data is used only to provide the app's features to the merchant and to apply the limits of the merchant's plan. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where the data is hosted

The data is hosted in the European Union, with MongoDB Atlas for the database, our server host and Cloudflare for network protection. Access is limited to the people who operate the app.

How long the data is kept

Data is kept for as long as the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled, the store's data and its access token are deleted. Shopify's erasure requests are applied automatically.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
